Ultrafoam TA
Ultrafoam TA consists of a tape corrosion barrier coating sprayed with a polyethylene jacket for mechanical protection. A spray applied polyurethane foam insulation system designed to provide excellent thermal insulation and corrosion protection, it is used predominantly for sour gas or heavy oil.
Product Features:
- Withstands operating temperatures from -40°C up to 85°C
- Polyurethane can be applied at a thickness from 25.4mm to 76.2mm (1 to 3 inches)
- Bendable in the field
- Also used in conjunction with anti-corrosion undercoat systems
- Designed to provide excellent thermal insulation
- Developed for external protection for buried or above ground pipelines

Minimum pipe diameter: 60.3mm (2 inches)
Maximum pipe diameter: 1067mm (42 inches)
Minimum pipe length: 5.5m (18 feet)
Maximum pipe length: 25m (82 feet)
