Ultra FBE Abrasion External Pipe Coating System
Ultra FBE (Fusion Bond Epoxy Abrasion) coating was developed for long-term external corrosion protection of pipelines used in the toughest environments. Using our proprietary application process, Ultra FBE Abrasion consists of a fusion bond epoxy powder base coat and an abrasion top coat applied to heated, abrasively cleaned pipe.

- With a choice of several powder coatings, Ultra FBE Abrasion coating can withstand operating temperatures from -40°C to 110°C in dry conditions
- Ideal for directional drilling and road crossings
- Provides superior damage resistance for pipelines in rocky and mountainous environments
- Intended for use as an external coating system for buried or submerged oil and gas pipelines
- Offers excellent adhesion and cathodic disbondment resistance

Minimum pipe diameter: 88.9mm (3 inches)
Maximum pipe diameter: 1524mm (60 inches)
Minimum pipe length: 5.5m (18 feet)
Maximum pipe length: 25m (82 feet)
